I became aware of Douglas Dietrich in 2012 when he appeared on The Power Hour with Joyce Riley. He made some outrageous claims about history and his military service but there was very little about him available on the internet at that time. In 2015-16 I began to notice a surge in You Tube videos of his radio shows. I am a former US Marine, researcher and amateur historian and found his claims of serving in the USMC to be unbelievable. Dietrichs’ anti-American sentiment and contempt/disdain for Veterans and the USMC in particular, are both reasons I have legitimately questioned his intentions, integrity and credibility as a historian. In June 2016 I began my own investigation of Dietrich after finding a blog by Steve Outtrim https://burners.me/2016/07/09/debunking-douglas-dietrich/ Outtriim obtained Dietrichs' service record (or lack of) via FOIA request and published a NA Form 13164 showing Dietrich was an Entry Level Separation from the USMC. I then submitted a request for his fathers service records which showed George J Dietrich was a WW2 veteran serving at bases on the East Coast of the USA at New York and Virginia and NOT in the Pacific as Douglas claims. His father is NOT a combat veteran of WW2 and did not serve in the Korea area of operations and retired in June 1965 prior to US Navy involvement in Vietnam. This also means that Dietrich was never a military dependent with access to the Presidio Army Base. I contacted SFC Jonn Lilyea of http://thisainthell.us/blog/?p=68170 who subsequently posted the FOIA results on his site. Since then (2016) Dietrich has attacked Outtrim, Lilyea and myself via his radio show and You Tube (Daniel Arola) using ad hominem slander and defamation. I have never claimed to have been a US Marine Captain and I am not Randy Allen Kramer. I have never called Dietrich or threatened him in any way. None of the documents obtained via the FOIA were altered or forged in any way. I am not transgender or gay and received an Honorable Discharge from the USMC. Dietrich was rejected by the UFO/conspiracy community in 2012 and since then has even attacked credentialed historians who challenge his revisions of history. He has a small group of loyal followers and trolls ("flying monkeys")but his views are largely rejected as lacking historical fact and his "drug induced" rantings reek of Cultural Marxism and racist hatred.
